Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

BloxMind is intended for users age 13 and older. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use BloxMind only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you.

2. Accounts and security

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
• You may connect supported third-party identities, including Roblox, to your BloxMind account.
• BloxMind will never ask you to provide your Roblox password directly.

3. Free and paid plans

BloxMind may offer Free, Plus, Pro, Studio, or other plans. Current pricing and included features are shown before purchase. The current subscription checkout is processed by Paddle, which provides the hosted payment and billing experience.

• Paid subscriptions are recurring unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
• The amount, billing interval, renewal terms, and material restrictions must be shown before payment is submitted.
• You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law or otherwise stated, access to paid features continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
• You may cancel through the account or billing controls made available by BloxMind or its payment provider. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally reverse a charge already properly processed.
• If pricing changes, notice will be provided where required before the new price applies to a renewal.

4. Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where a refund is otherwise approved through Paddle's refund process. Canceling a subscription normally prevents future renewals rather than reversing a properly processed charge for the current billing period. Full rules, request routes, credit treatment, technical-issue handling, and mandatory consumer rights are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

5. BloxMind Credits

• Credits are an internal usage unit. They are not money, cryptocurrency, stored value, or transferable property.
• Different actions may consume different credits depending on model, file size, context, or computational cost.
• BloxMind should display or estimate the cost of unusually expensive actions before they run.
• Monthly plan credits may reset at the end of a billing cycle. Any rollover policy will be displayed with the applicable plan.
• Purchased credits have no cash redemption value except where required by law.

6. AI-generated content

BloxMind uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, explanations, code, strategies, summaries, and other outputs. AI output may be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular game or project.

• You are responsible for reviewing and testing generated code before using it.
• Do not rely on BloxMind as the sole source for security-critical, financial, legal, medical, or other high-stakes decisions.
• BloxMind does not guarantee game outcomes, earnings, retention increases, rankings, or competitive results.

7. Your uploads and project content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You give BloxMind a limited license to host, transmit, process, analyze, and generate outputs from that content as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

You must have the rights needed to upload the content. Do not upload malware, stolen source code, private credentials, secret API keys, or content that unlawfully infringes another person's rights.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use BloxMind to:

• cheat in, exploit, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to Roblox experiences or other systems;
• steal accounts, credentials, Robux, payment information, source code, or private data;
• create or distribute malware, credential stealers, destructive scripts, or tools intended to bypass security;
• abuse rate limits, credits, promotions, trials, payment systems, or authentication systems;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation with Roblox or another company;
• violate applicable law or third-party platform rules.

9. Roblox and third-party services

BloxMind is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Features that connect to Roblox or other third-party services depend on those services remaining available. Their own terms, privacy policies, APIs, and platform rules also apply.

10. Service changes and availability

BloxMind may add, remove, change, limit, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features marked beta, preview, experimental, or coming soon may change or may never reach general availability.

11. Suspension and termination

BloxMind may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, abuse the service, or fail to pay applicable charges. You may stop using BloxMind at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BloxMind is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees that AI outputs, game information, code, or recommendations will be correct or fit for a particular purpose. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as BloxMind changes. Material changes should be communicated through the service, email, or another reasonable method. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
