Important summary
BloxMind is a digital AI service sold through recurring subscriptions. Payments are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable except where applicable law requires a refund or where Paddle approves a refund under its refund process. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals and normally does not reverse the charge for the current billing period. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.
1. Scope and general refund rule
This policy applies to paid BloxMind subscriptions and any other digital purchases that BloxMind may offer through Paddle. Access to paid features and BloxMind Credits is made available after a successful purchase. Because the product is a digital service, payments are generally treated as final once processed, except where a refund is required by law or approved under the applicable Paddle refund process.
A refund is not automatically owed because you change your mind, stop using BloxMind, do not use all included credits, forget to cancel before renewal, or use less of the service than expected. These examples do not override any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
2. Subscription cancellation and renewals
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the stated billing interval until canceled.
- You may cancel at any time through BloxMind billing controls or the Paddle customer portal.
- Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You may continue using paid access until that period ends unless a refund, chargeback, security restriction, or other valid action ends access earlier.
- Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. It does not normally create a refund for a charge that was already properly processed.
- If you schedule a cancellation and later keep the subscription before the end of the period, future renewals may resume according to the subscription terms shown in your billing account.
3. BloxMind Credits
BloxMind Credits are internal usage units included with a plan. They are not cash, stored value, cryptocurrency, or transferable property.
- Unused included credits are generally not refundable for cash.
- Credit allowances may reset according to the billing cycle and plan terms shown at purchase.
- Using only part of a monthly credit allowance does not normally entitle a user to a partial refund.
- If BloxMind changes a plan allowance, the applicable allowance and effective timing should be shown in the product or billing information.
- If a transaction is refunded and access is withdrawn, associated paid-plan access and unused entitlements may also end.
4. Technical problems, incorrect charges, and product defects
If a significant technical problem prevents you from accessing the paid service or the service materially fails to provide the features described at purchase, contact BloxMind support first so the issue can be investigated. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund request may be considered by Paddle in accordance with applicable law and Paddle's refund process.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, billed after a valid cancellation, or otherwise see an incorrect transaction, contact support promptly with enough transaction information to investigate the charge. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or private API keys.
5. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy removes or limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Depending on your country or region, consumer law may give you withdrawal, cancellation, refund, repair, replacement, or other rights. Where those rights provide greater protection than this policy, the mandatory legal rights apply.
Paddle maintains its own Refund Policy and Buyer Terms, which explain Paddle's applicable refund and withdrawal process in more detail.
6. How to request a refund
BloxMind orders are processed through Paddle. If you want to request a refund, you may contact BloxMind support at bloxmind0@gmail.com so the issue can be reviewed, and you may also use the support or subscription-management route provided in your Paddle receipt or visit Paddle buyer support.
Submitting a discretionary refund request does not guarantee approval. Paddle may consider factors such as applicable law, timing, product usage, technical issues, fraud signals, and refund abuse when reviewing a request.
7. Fraud, abuse, and payment disputes
Refund requests involving suspected fraud, refund abuse, manipulation, or repeated attempts to obtain refunds after substantial consumption of the service may be denied where permitted by law. A chargeback or payment dispute may cause access to the affected paid product to be restricted while the dispute is reviewed. This does not limit lawful payment-dispute rights.
8. Effect of an approved refund
If a transaction is refunded, access associated with that transaction may be removed and the related subscription or paid entitlements may be ended or adjusted. Refund timing and the payment method used for the return are handled through Paddle and the relevant payment network.
9. Policy changes
BloxMind may update this policy as the product, pricing, payment provider requirements, or applicable laws change. Material changes should be communicated through the service, website, email, or another reasonable method where required. The policy applicable to a transaction will be interpreted together with mandatory law and Paddle's terms in effect for that transaction.
